Can I return or exchange the product if I don't like the size or model?
Of course. At DY Fashion you can make an exchange order within 14 calendar days. Product exchange has a fixed cost of 12 Lei. More details here: EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

How do I find out if the product I am about to order fits my size?

How do I order?
Here you have three options:
By phone . After you have chosen your product(s) and the appropriate sizes, call 0376.44.88.00 and place your order. Our consultants will take it over and send it to you in the shortest possible time.
Email . At DY Fashion you can also place orders via email. Send a message to contact@dyfashion.ro. Make sure you mention the name or product code and the desired size, but also your data (name, delivery address and phone number). In the shortest possible time, the order will be confirmed by phone by one of our operators, and the parcel with the ordered product(s) will be sent to you.
Order directly from the website . You can also order directly from the website, through the shopping cart! In 2 simple steps you will be able to send the products quickly and easily to you:
1. Select the product you want, select the size and add it to the cart.
2. Complete the order by logging into your account, creating an account or placing an order without registration.
How do I pay?
Here you have two possibilities:
Payment in cash, when the package is delivered.
